You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or any content therein, any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices, or any derivative use of the services or content.

Any unauthorized use of the services or content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws, and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise make available content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Tablesetup a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Tablesetup is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed therein.

Tablesetup reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges as specified on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

Fees may be subject to change, and we will provide notice of any changes prior to the effective date of such changes. If you fail to pay any fees when due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services.

In the event of a dispute regarding any charges, you must notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of the date of the charge. Failure to do so will result in your waiver of any claims related to such charges.

We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. Any new features or tools that are added to the current services shall also be subject to these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tablesetup, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;
Any content obtained from the services; and
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Tablesetup’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Tablesetup may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the services and delete any copies of the services in your possession.
